Onion Broth: Natural Anti-Inflammatory Imge

Natural onion broth is a traditional and comforting preparation, noted for its intense flavor and beneficial health properties, such as its diuretic, cleansing, and antioxidant effects.

Ingredients:

    • 1 onion, peeled and chopped.

    • 3 cloves of garlic, minced.

    • 1 pinch of sea salt.
    • 1 liter of water

Preparation:

    1. Simmer for 15 minutes.
    2. Drink 1 to 3 cups a day to reduce inflammation and strengthen your immune system.
